Merriment Cafe

Merriment Cafe is the new aesthetic spot that’s perfect for girly catch-ups, studying, or a quiet coffee break. The space feels bright and welcoming, with a menu that’s simple but full of flavour. The kimchi avocado cheese sandwich ($15) was unique and delicious, while the hot salami & rocket sandwich ($15) and rueben ($15) were hearty and satisfying. The tuna shokupan toastie ($12) was soft, buttery, and perfect comfort food. Drinks were a highlight; the merriment cream latte ($8.5) and pistachio cream latte ($9) were smooth and indulgent, and the cloud brew ($9) was as pretty as it was refreshing. A lovely new cafe with great vibes, good coffee, and the kind of aesthetic that makes you want to stay a little longer.

Very spacious cafe! The seating area are welled design. Great for study, reading as it is not too loud. I love their different creative coffee menu like tiramisu and matcha !! Their keep up are also super cute and unique! I got it and they offered free coffee with thw purchase… seahorse it is Super friendly staff and their pastries, pie and sandwich are all superb! Would make this cafe my go to cafe from now on!

Nice spacious cafe located under West Side place apartments. Very chill spot to study without much distraction. Wasn’t too busy — not that many people when I went (~1pm), which was perfect for focusing on my work. Their iced mocha was decent. Will come back again.

Merriment Cafe, a hidden gem in the West, serves coffee beans from Proud Mary. The spacious interior exudes a relaxed vibe, complemented by soothing music. It is a nice neighbourhood cafe for folks living in the area. I visited on a Sunday morning and found a peaceful hour of reading amidst the cafe’s ambiance. They even have power outlets, making it a great spot to work on your laptop if needed. Currently, they’re offering a special promotion: $12 sets for a drink and a sweet or savoury pastry of your choice.

I walked the extra 5 minutes from the Southern Cross Station as train was leaving only in two hours. I was looking for a more peaceful atmosphere and I found it here. I ordered a croissant and cappucino which turned out to be good choices. The people here were friendly.

We liked everything about this cafe from the moment we walked in. The service was friendly and welcoming. The drinks and food were good. My banana bread was the best I've ever had! The cafe is very spacious and has a good vibe.
